Subscription, Renewal and Cancellation
- Each Reporting Hub package requires a 12-month subscription.
- The one-time setup fee is charged at checkout.
- Monthly billing begins after the 30-day free trial.
- Written cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days before the renewal date.
- If timely notice is not received, the subscription automatically renews for another 12-month term.
- HazardCue Hub and QR access require an active or trialing subscription.
- Access is blocked when a subscription is canceled, unpaid, past due, paused or otherwise inactive.
All sales are final. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Cancellation and renewal terms remain subject to rights required by applicable law.
